Every project needs a vision of where your house is going. Boothe Building Company offers complete house design with a leading architectural program that allows you to walk through 3D models in high definition so you can get a real feel for the layout and how it looks before you build. If you prefer to bring your own design or architect to the table, we can work with that as well. A good set of plans can make your project run much more smoothly.

Defining the scope of work down to the last detail is critical in you understanding what product you are getting. The builder and the home owner have to be on the same page of exactly what work is to be done.

Everybody has a budget and they need their builder to respect and follow that budget. The customer needs to know exactly how much their project is going to cost down to the last penny before they ever make a payment. This is done by detailed due diligence of pricing materials from vendors and labor scope with sub contractors before the project ever begins.

The operations of the project start with a schedule of when the work is to be executed and a checklist of when selections are to be made. Boothe Building Company will allocate the correct amount of time in managing the project and communicating to the customer the progress and next steps.

The key to a good warranty is doing it right the first time so you never have to use the warranty. Boothe Building Company checks and double checks your project for quality assurance during the process. If there is any issue in quality of craftsmanship, we have a one year warranty to ensure it will be done correctly.
